Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), personalised products (such as custom orders or engraved items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate new order for the desired item.

Consumer Rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, if you purchased this item as a result of direct marketing, you have the right to cancel the transaction or return the goods within 5 business days of receiving the goods, without penalty and without giving any reason. In all cases, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@beautite.com.
